Question folders reappearing in my documents

Okay, I've let this go on for months and figured I may as well see if I could get rid of this problem while I was thinking about it.

The "My pictures" and "my music" folders keep reappearing in "my documents" in XP pro no matter how many times I delete them. Any permanent fixes?
