specified module could not be found

one of my clients is getting this error. i am hundreds of miles away from them, so i am going to try and fix this over the phone with them. they claim that this box continues to pop up over and over all over the screen.

rundll error loading c:/progra~1/commonII/addres~I/cnbabb.dll

specified module could not be found. has anyone heard of that dll file, or know where i could get it? i couldnt find it on google, or on a winXP box.

the computer is a win2k box and it has all the windows updates.
