Angry Fire What?!

I've had it with this stupid error I keep getting after about a week of using my PC. When I boot it up i get a blue screen that says something about a "Unmountable boot volume". Do i have to reformat again to get my PC working again?

When your system boots up in the bottom left of your screen should be a few lines of text. One should say press delete* to enter setup. hit delete*.
*it may not be delete on your board
hope that helps
