Bsod... Again

This time, I managed to get the error message:

Stop: 0x0000008E (0xC0000005, 0xBF866BF3, 0xEF021C78, 0x00000000)

win32k.sys Address BF866BF3 base at BF800000, Datestamp 3f73195d

Someone told me this has to do with RAM, so tested it for 9 horus with memtest86 but came up with no results. Any other measures to narrow down the choices?

I would still change the ram, something still not right.
just because it runs that test ok really don't mean its good in that system

Ok.. how long is the warranty for crucial? I know crucial is very good RAM and I'll be suprised if that's the case.
