Win2k, IIS and ftp questions?

HI,

I hope someone can answer these for me as have win2k pro and wish to use IIS
with its ftp and web server capabilities.

1. With the ftp client, how do I setup users.
2. With the ftp client, can I setup virtual drives so i can have access to my whole computer with several partitions.
