No it doesn't, for it to work, just copy the msconfig.exe file from a windows 98 or Xp machine and place it into the system32 folder in the 2000 machine then reboot and it should work

Go to Mike Lins www.mlin.net Get Startup Control and Startup Monitor. Both are free. One works like the MS Config only better. The Startup Monitor lets you know when a program is trying to install itself in the startup. It's really handy for those programs you turn off, but when you use it one time always want to be in the startup!

i think it was morris that posted the mlin link some time ago,i put it on my wk2 and it sure is nice try it.
