win 95 upgrade / need win3.1 disk 1

Hey Everyone ! this looks like a great forum.
I'm doing a lo tech win 95 upgrade install onto an old toshiba
laptop, but I lost my win 3.11 install disks.
I need the first disk of win 3.11 to enable win95 upgrade to install
ANY IDEAS WHERE I MIGHT BE ABLE TO DOWNLOAD IT ?

I am pretty sure that if you search around you will find some one willing to perform this illegal act.

I'm sorry, I only realized after posting the message that win 3.11 is Still microsoft property. duh !
