lost help&support

i very seldom use help and support except to quickly set restore points.i have xp pro os.i installed easy cleaner and hurredly read about putting an exclude on it(help) naturally being an expert HA i probably fail to completely read the full instructions,to make a long story short the next time i went to help and support it was gone.that is the only change i had made so i assume it removed it from the reg.i know you can use tools to make restore points etc. but would like to restore it.how do i do this or can i without losing all my updates.

i seem to remember a thread on this but couldn't find it.

i guess my last post didn't work!!!anyway thanks redo,i went to the ToniArts web,download,got the fix and it worked.then put help and support in skip on both reg scan and usless files and all is well.appreciate the help.
i prob. forgot to click submit us old folks are forgetful.

For future reference,the registry cleaner stores the removed registry entries in the ToniArts folder it's filed as undo.
If something goes wrong,go there and you can restore the removed items to the registry.
I trust you typed in,help after Norton in the drop down?

yes i typed in help,and carl i don't know what version i have but i only downloaded it a couple of weeks ago.alfie i'll look for that thanks.
