Is there any way to edit what appears in one's right-click menu? Whenever I right click on a file I get a large amount of options (in my opinion) that only clutter up my menus. Or is the only way to change this is to change the options of each program whose options appear on these menus?

go to Control Panel > Folder Options > File Types, select the extension you want to edit the right click menu for, and click Advanced, there you can edit the menu.

A lot of these options can be controlled from the program itself, give us some examples of menu items you would like removed or better arranged and perhaps someone could help you out better.
