Administrative Install?

I'm using my home PC and trying to install MS Streets and Trips.

I have no network but I do keep getting this error, any suggestions?

You cannot install Microsoft Streets and Trips over a network unless you first perform an administrative installation. For more information about administrative install of MS Streets and Trips see the deploy MS Streets and Trips over a network Help Topic, or the readme file on the Disc.

I am not seeing the help file that they speak of so any help here would be appreciated.

Thank you.
