IE Not working

My Aunt's computer is able to connect to the internet, she uses dial-up, and then when she tries to open IE, it says 'this page can not be displayed' and it won't let her go to any websites. Is there anyway to fix this?

start > run > type "inetwiz" and run it. Should allow IE to see there's a connection.
