POP up window after ctrl-alt-delete

Hi folks:

The PC's in my office are designed to produce a pop up window with an OK button as soon as Ctrl-alt-delete is pressed.

The message in the window is idiotic, so I'd like to find a way to disable the pop-up. Any ideas?

do you have admin rights to the computers when you log in ?
if not you wont be abble to change any thing

Of course I have admin rights

im guessing it pops up the window by using a different gina dll (this is the dll that controls the windows logon). youl need to get windows to use the default msgina.dll
