I have a family friend who has gotten this virus Backdoor.sdbot.gen and Norton was unable to handle it very well. This is the second time within the month that they got this virus. So, I suspect it is coming from some shared file or something. I have cleared out the registy keys that it has added, and Norton no longer finds the virus, but they are getting the Unresolve pop-up and the memory is getting maxed out. Plus they can no longer connect with their dsl. Does anyone have any info on how I can remove this remaining part of the virus, or is this possibley a seperate virus?
Thanks in advance. |

I have a program that really hunts down those hard to find keys in the registry. This could help you out.Good luck.
