refreshing windows???
when i open any of the system windows i guess you could call them (My Computer, My Documents, etc.) every 5 sec. or so it seems to refresh its self. if i click on a document a few sec later it refreshes, this is a pain when looking at a list of documents and it refreshes and put you back at the top of the list or when renaming them it will refresh and whatever is typed before is the new name.
any ideas on whats wrong? i ran ad-aware and found 4 HIGH risk files, deleted them and now and running spy-bot. i'll run virus scan when thats done and see if it helps. any other ideas? thanks!

nope, i downloaded the updates to both, ran them and it still does the same thing.
