Angry Fire Kernal32 error ..help

Anyone got an answer for me .. sorry everyone posted inthe wrong help !! please delete if you want I wll post window me .
can not download aol 9.0. I get a kernal32 error. I do have dsl and am running windows me. I have over 500 mb ram and plenty of space for mars to come visit.
I contacted aol they sent me to microsoft. then microsoft says its AOL. I am dumbfounded here..
