Angry Fire Kernal 32 Error.. Help please !!

anyone have any help ..
can not download aol 9.0. I get a kernal32 error. I do have dsl and am running windows me. I have over 500 mb ram and plenty of space for mars to come visit.
I contacted aol they sent me to microsoft. then microsoft says its AOL. I am dumbfounded here..
any help

Might not be either... get AdAware AND Spybot and do a spyware check.

Even with dsl, it takes a long long time for AOL 9.0 to download. Things can go wrong.

Pick up a disk for easy load.
