Definetly buy the OEM version for about $150-$180 Dollars you cant beat it compared to the Retail Price of $300.

Home edition is a pig to network, I only use Pro simply for that reason.

Both Home or Pro are rather easy to network

In theory yes they are both extremly simple to network, but try getting Home edition to work on a "secure" multiplatform network using the simple file sharing it has. I guarantee you that you will have to sacrifice security to make it work. Even simple network browsing on an unsecured network of Home/Pro can and will fail for most users. So yes, they are simple to setup, but getting home edition to work as advertised is an effort in futility at times, and i speak from a lot of experience in both domestic and corporate environments.
