Blue Screen of death on XP

An image can be seen at http://www.ganticweb.com/bluescreen.JPG

I have just converted my Win2000 PC to WinXP Pro using the upgrade option. When I got to a certain phase in starting up the game "Uplink" my computer gave me the above blue screen. I have tried rebooting several times, reinstalling the graphics driver etc but it still seems to occur!

Geforce 4 Ti4200
Pentium 4 2.4Ghz
512MB DDR Ram
