For some reason when I am installing a modem on my pc, I get the error "windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be missing or corrupted. ( Code 39)". I have downloaded the official drivers and still doesnt install correctly. I even tried installing a different modem and it still gives me the same error. Is something corrupted in the registry?
