Password
Hi
A friend of mine bought a computer from local school When he turns on the computer says :Enter Password The password is not required by Windows but probably from DOS or whatever, because the computer does just 1 beep and that is all it does not start at all just says :"Enter password" How do we fix this he want to install a new version of Windoews anyway |

While I can appreciate the frustration your friend may be having, I can tell you this. Since here at PCMech we have no way of telling if this is a legitimate claim to a problem, or somebody looking to break into a computer for malicious purposes... we cannot, and will not support bypassing of passwords.
All I can suggest is your friend take the machine back to the place of purchase and get them to clear it as it should have been cleared to begin with. Thank you for understanding.
