Cool Asp.net

I have been having a problem with my PC's booting to desktop after installing software for HP PSC1350 printer http://forum.pcmech.com/showthread.php?threadid=89222

Looking under User Accounts, I see a user ASP.NET I do not recall that being there prior to installing the software, or am I imagining things. Do other XP users have a user named ASP.NET under User Accounts?

I'm thinking about deleting this user and see if it will resolve my problem.
Thanks
Chas

NET Framework
http://www.jsifaq.com/subl/tip5500/rh5595.htm
If you don't need the .NET Framework update for Windows, and MOST people do not, don't get it.

The account it adds is called ASP.NET Machine. It is in User Accounts in Control Panel, and it IS SAFE to delete.

Log into your normal account, open User Accounts and delete the ASP.NET Machine account.

Another way .

Start > Run , copy & paste "control userpasswords2" without the quotes & hit Enter .

Highlight the username you want to autologin and uncheck the box and hit Apply . You will then be prompted for your password .
