runas service Win XP Pro

I am having difficulties running various programs with admin. priviledges when I 'shift right click' and get the context menu the option for 'runas' isn't listed, but if I just double left click the runas dialog is listed, but I get this message:

"The account specified for this service is different from the account specified for other services running in the same process."

Anyone know what I am doing wrong?

It probably means that the service you are trying to run is dependent on another service running before it can run. You would first need to change the other service's user. If you go into Administrative Tools/Services and Right click the service and then click the dependencies tab it will show you it's dependencies.
