Login page, XP,how to get rid of?
I get this log in page when I boot up, it's blue and says"to begin click your user name" it has an icon of some chess pieces, when I click on it the computer finishes booting. How can I get rid of this? It used to never come up, the computer would just boot up, I changed some settings and I can't figure out what I did to un-do it. Thanks

Click start>settings>control panel>and click on user accounts. It's usually the last icon on the page if you have it set for classic look.It will have the options there for logging on.

That happened to me after I installed a HP PSC1350 multifunction.
If you go to Control Panel > User Accounts you will probably see a user called something like Asp.net. Jmatt gave me a explanation and fix http://forum.pcmech.com/showthread.php?threadid=89624 Chas
