For some reason after I reinstall my OS, whenever I try to open more than one IE, it uses up all CPU usage then freezes, couldnt close it in task manager, I tried reformat but the problem still not solved.

Do you have the latest updates/patches for your OS and IE? What are your system specs (particularly OS and IE versions)?

Hello Fantasy.
Please post your system specs.
How are your System Temps doing?
Have you tried running the system with 1 RAM stick to see if the problem goes away?
