Question Using Yahoo Audio Wizard reboots system.

Ok, my bro works in a hotel in which they have a PC for guest use. Recently one of the guests was trying to hold a voice chat in Yahoo. When he set it up, he would click on Record to test the mic and the system would do a complete reboot.

I did a bit of TS over the phone and we managed to configure teh headset in Windows. Now, when ever he clicks on Voice in the Yahoo Messenger, it reboots. I've had them check all the settings in XP. No conflicts in Device Manager. All drivers are fine.

He's bringing the PC home tonight cuz they want me to fix it. What else should I look for? BTW, it has XP home and it's an old Compaq. I will post more specs when I get home tonight. Just wanted to get a bit ahead of the game.

Thanks!
