Finding key code in registry for win2000
I work for a small non profit where unfortunately the individual that took care of computers before took everything.
Have a machine that I need to reinstall win 200pro on it. It came with the disk and is oem - however I don't have the key number or disk - have someone that can give me the media to use but need to find the key code. Someone thought that maybe I could find the keycode in the registry - stated that it is possible now in ME and XP - can I in 2000? |

Belarc Advisor can read a 2000 key too and it's a lot smaller program. Note that unless the media you use is also OEM with the same service pack level as what yours was, the key may not work.
