Can any one offer a fix for this dll

What OS are you running?
Windows update to update the OS and IE.

Just in case this is a WinMe system, try Windows Update (like Dragon suggests), and if running IE 5.5 - try downloading the Service Pack for 5.5.
There are a lot of things that can cause this error, but if we're lucky that will fix it. |

Spell that exactly, please - kernl32.dll or krnl32.dll are not valid Windows files, it may be a virus. Kernel32.dll is valid.
