a friend installed it and you have no disk sounds a bit fishy

Well... gonna put my mod hat on and step into this one.

1) yes.. a friend installed and no disk? I'm sorry, smells a little too much like piracy, better consult our FAQ or face the ban before doing it again.

2) We do not support getting past passwords on systems. This is something else brought up over and over again. We have NO idea who you are. You could be a person with a legit problem... you could be a kid hacking into daddy's computer, school computer, etc... you could be a disgruntled employee up to no good. Since we have no way of telling, too bad, no support here.

3) Discussion closed.
