start\run\regedit. Highlight HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE. Click edit\find. Type in the entry you want to delete, hit enter.

Delete the values on the right screen and they will disappear from the search\find drop down menu.

It will be in a a key similar to this. HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-1085031214-725345543-839522115-1000\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Explorer Bars\{C4EE31F3-4768-11D2-BE5C-00A0C9A83DA1}\FilesNamedMRU
