Windows XP startup problem?

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone can tell me what this is in my msconfig startup.

dumprep 0 -k %systemroot%\system32\dumprep 0 -k HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\run

Im running Windows XP Home with all updates, I noticed this in my startup after my PC rebooted on its own and it was sitting idle.

Here's an explanation of the purpose of your startup item:

"Used in connection with memory dumps - you can disable these by - right clicking on My Computer, selecting Properties and then the Advanced tab. Click on the Settings button in 'Startup and Recovery'. In the bottom pane - under 'Write debugging information' - click on the down arrow and then select 'None' - OK your way out"

That's from the following link:

The name of the website is www.sysinfo.org

While you are in there, uncheck "automatically restart" so you can read the bluescreen and see what happened next time it happens.

Ok this is the stop error Im getting,

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

***STOP: 0x000000D1 (0x00000004, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x84f283dc)

Then at the end it says

"Beginning dump of physical memory, Physical memory dump complete."

Does this look like a driver issue? I ran Sandra Professional 2004 Sp1, And the newest version of Prime95 stress test and no crashes at all. Any ideas anyone?

Most likely a driver issue.
