HELP!!
I have something on my computer that keeps changing my "HOME" website. I've read some other forums on this subject. I downloaded a program that looks for adware and spyware. I also had a "HOME" website protector, but all it did was bring up an annoying window and tell me it had been changed, and if I want to keep it...... IS THERE NOT A WAY OF FINDING THIS PROGRAM AND DELETING IT??????????? What can I do if if something gets on my computer and says I can't delete it. I"M THE DAMN BOSS, if I want to delete something, I should be able to delete it!!!! If your reply is to download some spyware program, please be sure it will work and not be noticed. These programs are just as annoying as the problem. Just something else that slows the booting process up and pops up annoying windows. Even when I click the box saying, don't notify me again, it still does most of the time with those programs...... Thanks for any help from you folks..... RADAR |

Run "Stinger" http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger/stinger.htm or try SpyBot S&D http://www.safer-networking.org/

I can't remember the link, but there's a site that deals specifically with these browser hijackers. Do a search on these forums for 'browser hijacked' or something similar, and you should find several threads on the subject.
