Moving apps between user identities

Hopefully this should be easy. I have three user identities on my pc, running Windows XP Home. I use an invoicing application on one of the identities, but I want to swap it and all it's saved info to another identity. i searched the knowledge base on the Microsoft web site, but have come up empty. Please provide either the step by step instructions, or a link to find them. Thanks in advance.

This could possibly help you out

You can give that a try...I know it's for transfering files between two different PCs but it just might work. Instead of going back and forth between PCs, you'll switch between accounts.
