How to Move a Windows XP PRO Installation to Different Hardware

I will be doing this soon and need to know what to do. Can you help?

I will be changing my Board, power sup,mem, processor,and fan.I want to keep my hard drive just the way it is with all the same settings.

I believe XP should just ask you to re-activate once again.

when I did that , xp detected everything and the upgrade went very somthly,
just don't forgrt to install the drivers for the motherboard.
