Exclamation Windows System Error - Need Help!!!

Could someone please tell me what this Windows System Error codes mean, and how I can fix or repair it? Thanks:

"BCCode : 1000007f BCP1 : 00000008 BCP2 : 80042000 BCP3 : 00000000
BCP4 : 00000000 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 0_0 Product : 256_1"

The first lines of the bluescreen with the stop error code and the verbage (example - STOP: 0x00000050 IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL kernel32.dll) are the clues, what you are looking at is only meaningful to programmers.

But, it wasn't a blue screen, it was a pop up message right when I restart.

This problem seems to be like yours as well.
I'm guessing he doesn't have quite enough ram for the game or that his video card isn't up to it.
