Help with error message on start-up

Here's my problem, when I start my comp and Windows loads, I get an error message from Web Publishing Wizard that reads

The parameter is incorrect

-start

Windows runs fine after I click OK, it's just really annoying to have this come up everytime I start my comp. Any help would be great! Thanks in advance!

Did you request that program to launch at startup? If not, download and run an antispyware program such as AdAware or Search&Destroy. Let them clean what they find. Also run a full system antivirus scan. [Adaware can be found at http://www.lavasoft.de and Search&Destroy can be found at http://spybot.safer-networking.de]

Otherwise, if you've asked Web Publishing to run a Startup - first simply look on your Programs menu under Startup and see if the shortcut icon is in there & delete it. If that's where it's starting from, that should stop the error. To have it run a startup again, but without giving the error, copy the shortcut icon from the Internet Tools folder on your Programs menu to the Startup menu. If you get errors as soon as you add the shortcut back into the Startup folder, then perhaps removing and reinstalling the Wizard would fix it. [You'd go to Control Panel, Add-Remove Programs -- then to the "Setup" tab, remove the checkmark next to the Web Pub Wizard in Internet Tools... reboot, then go back to the same spot, put the checkmark back in & let Setup reinstall the Wizard --> you'll need your installation CD or point to the .cab files on your hard drive]

If it's starting from anywhere else, you can try using the System Configuration utility to stop it from launching at Startup. Start/Run then type in "msconfig" - go to the Startup tab and remove the checkmark from whatever's calling the Wizard.

See if that does it
