Boot up problem
Hey guys,
I recently installed an I/O Magic DVD writer and ever since I've been having to wait 1-2 minutes at the boot up startup screen (Intel Desktop Boards etc...) before it actually boots Win XP. What could be the problem? |

Review its cabling and jumpering. Sounds like you are using a 40 wire cable with the drive in Cable Select, or you are using an 80 wire with it hardjumpered to the wrong position.
