Data transfer

I am about to get a new pc using xp home and the latest version of outlook express.

My old system (Windows 98) has office 1998 on it. Is there a way to preserve and transfer my old address book to my new computer?

Thanks for any suggestions.

yes I belive you can by exporting importing them over a network connection.
