a WHAT error?

3 times since yesterday, I've had this problem, I'll be listening to Netscape radio while working and I'll get the following windows error message:

winsock classes fatal error
can't register CL WinsockCallback object

The program then hangs and the task manager shows that its not responding. After closing and restarting the program, everything is fine again for a few hours. Would this be something on their end because its streaming radio, or do I have a glitch somewhere?
