Win3k Server

Can anyone direct me to a good "how to" for Win3k Server? I'm new to setting up a server but what I really need to know is how to create and then join workstations to a domain? I found a "how to" for Win2k Server, is it the same? I need to get this server up and running for file and print sharing and there will be certain people that will have access to things like accounting, engineering, ect. I am planning on setting up each system to access whatever group by who logs into that machine. Do I have this part right? I will setup a workgroup for each part of the domain then certain people will belong to a particular workgroup under that domain? Is that how it works? Thanks in advance for your help.

What version of 2k3 server are you using? Small Business Server? The differences are minimal between 2k and 2k3 but if you're using SBS it's a whole different ball game.
