outlook express folder

I use outlook express 6 as email program.
I have about 25 personal contacts. friends and family.
I also have 227 business contacts.
Once a week I will have to send one email to every business contact.
How can I send the email in one transaction with outlook express without transfering one by one to the cci address line?
Thanks

Create a new "group" which will require you to add the addresses one time. You add/delete from the group as needed.

Actually, when you make the new group you can add everybody at once. Click on the first name in the "Select Members" window then hold down the shift key and click on the last name in the list. Then holding down the Ctrl key, go back and click on anynames you don't want in the group. Once they're all selected the way you want them, let go of the Ctrl key and click on the "Select" button.

If you are sending one e-mail to 200 addresses at once, it will probably get flagged as spam somewhere along the line.

Not only that, but if you put them all in the CC: line, everyone can see everyone's address, and this is very rude these days. If you must bulk e-mail like that, send the mail to yourself and use BCC for all the recipients.
