Question Snap-in failed to initialize

Anyone have idea on the following error:

Snap-in failed to initialize.
Name:IP Security Policy Management
CLSID:{DEA8AFA0-CC85-11D0-9CE2-0080C7221EBD}

I got this error when I click on the Windows Settings/Security Settings in the group policy.

Any suggestion is appreciated.

I tried that. It doesn't work. The path is all there. Nothing is missing.
