Date & Time

Hi

Does anyone know how to display the date, time and day of the week in the taskbar?

Right-click the taskbar, select Properties, and check Show Clock, click OK.

This will display the clock, if you move your mouse over the clock, the date will appear in a tooltip.

I don't know if there is a way to display the date in the taskbar too.

After you've enabled the clock, you can right click the taskbar, uncheck "Lock the taskbar" then you can drag it up, and make it bigger:

Normal size - Shows time
2x size - Shows time & Day (Friday/Sat/...)
3x size - Shows time & day & date

I keep it at 2x size, since it isn't too big, and I hate it when all my windows get all squashed up, so I cant read, and have to guess which one to click.

Edit: Grrrr.... I make too many spelling mistakes when I'm imaging the drive, and it takes 4sec per char to update on screen
