new install winxp full version
I am planning on buying the winxp full version.. I am currently wiping the hard drive and want to load this new os. other than maybe changing my system to boot from cd, is there anything else I may need to know?

Thx Matt, I also have the post recovery disk problem. I am so tired of trying to fix that problem. I am going to buy winxp home full version.

Buy the OEM version from Newegg or another online vendor - it's half the price and the same thing, you just have to buy it "with hardware" - which can be a $5 power splitter at Newegg.
