A bug in Windows XP pro? Never!?!

I got this error message the other day.
http://home.comcast.net/~rodriguezl/bug.bmp

I came up while changing from the thumbnail view to the detail view. I hadn't done anything out of the ordinary.

Does anyone know, If I had debugged it, would it have done anything? I have Visual Studio 6 installed. Could I actually obtain MS source code from it?

Here's a link to M$ that may help. But it seems like it only happened once to you so nothing to worry about then.

I don't know what debug does but I highly doubt that you would have been able to see M$ source code. They don't just let anyone see that.
