Group Policies

A friend of mine recently bought a small network (3 PCs - 2 XP Pro + 1 Win2000) for a small company of his.

I remember is Win98 you could set up group policies to prevent certain users accessing certain areas - control panel etc.

I was dumbfounded when I found out that winXP doesn't allow this!! Seems that Win2000 ain't to keen on it either.

What can I do to create group policies. Its something he really needs to activate, at least on the win2000 pc?

Thanks for the help.

Oh but XP and 2K do allow group policies and is far better than any 9x OS I might add

start > run type gpedit.msc
