windows time

when i try to update the time this it the error that it gave me "an error occurred while windows was sychronizing with time.windows.com. the time sample was rejected because: the peer's stratum is less than the host's stratum." what does that mean

It prolly has to do with daylight savings time if it applys to your area. I get that error evertime we get the time change.
