Debug?

Lately I have been getting a message that says: "A Runtime Error has Occurred. Do you wish to Debug? Error: Syntax Error"
If I say yes I get a screen with no instructions as to what to do next. Has anyone lse been getting this and how do I resolve it?

I don't know if it is any specific program. It usually happens when I am surfing the web.

Sounds like a JavaScript error, does the error message appear when opening a specific web site?

If it is in Internet Explorer go to:

Tools>Internet Options>Advanced

Under the "Browsing" heading uncheck the one that says "Display a notification about every script error."
Also...check the one that says "Disable Script Debugging".

That should do the trick.

You shouldn't have any more problems, since I used to always get that problem and someone here told me to do that and it fixed everything.
