Send a message via ICQ to RJ
Rightclick on "My Computer", select "Manage", go to "Disk Management". Rightclick on the desired drive, select "Change drive letter and path", and there you go

In XP go Settings>Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Computer Management>Storage. (note; Control Panel must be in the Classic view)
