What is this big blank space?

In the add/remove programs list there is a huge blank spot. HERE is a screenshot of where it starts. (notice the position of the scroll bar) HERE is a screenshot of where it ends. What would cause this?

I just figured it out. It was the EA Game Updater. I removed it and the blank space went away.
