It sounds like your browser is storing the temp files there. Which means that all the pages you view will be there.

The Temp folder is where Windows stores its "working files", such as when you run an installer or unpack an archive. It is also where applications such as Word and Excel maintain copies of open files that are being editted. The original file is only updated when it is saved and closed.
The Temporary Internet Files folder is where IE and other browsers store data relating to open sessions and pages. In Win98/Me, these folders used to be in C:\Windows, but under 2K/XP, they have been moved to the individual user profile for greater security. |

This "working folder" I've notice that most are zup files which I have opened & deleted everything. I did not expect to find it again. I can just delete the contents?

Usually yes. Some programs do tend to leave uninstall info there though, but that does not happen a lot with Windows XP. My system clears my temp folders every reboot.

How did you get it to clear your temp folders upon reboot?
